Couple wanted for short term sublet

We're looking to sublet our Clapton 2 bedroom flat from 17th December to 10th January. It's set up for a couple, so the 2nd bedroom has has been turned into an office with a desk and couch/chill space, so the flat will work best for a couple. The price is £1500 for the entire duration + £200 refundable deposit to secure the flat. You'll have the entire place to yourself while my partner and I are away. No pets. We are prioritising applicants that stay for the entire time or close to it.
