Big double Room 7 minutes from Clapton Station

Big double room in a 4 bed flat, with 3 lovely housemates (2 professionals and a master's student). The flat has a very big front room, 2 bathrooms, decently sized kitchen and a patio'd garden. All bills (council tax, wifi, water, gas & elec) come to £150 a month.

The flat is on a quiet residential road just off of lower Clapton high street and is a 7 minute walk to Clapton Station which will get you to Liverpool Street within 12 minutes. Hackney is a 20 minute walk down the road, Dalston 30 minutes and Victoria Park 30 minytes as well.

The current contract is a rolling contract that has a month notice period and there is a £50 admin fee to change the name on the contract, which I would be more than happy to split the cost of !

If a student is looking to fill the room, please not they would still be asked to pay their share of council tax, as the other housemates would have to cover my share otherwise.

The room comes with the bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
