Friendly housemates in lovely house, great area!

Hello - we are two friends (Ollie and Rachel) that have been living together in a house with our friends in Clapton for a year and a half. Two of our flatmates are moving out so we are looking for two people to take over their rooms. Happy to speak to both individuals and pairs of people :)

Ollie teaches coding mostly from home and is super into climbing, loves cooking, and cycles everywhere. Rachel is a civil servant and works hybrid and is into knitting/sewing and theatre. We are good friends which makes for a social house, although we do have our own groups of friends and appreciate some down time! We are looking for people to match our vibe - up for a bit of socialising, some dinner parties and the odd proper party too. We also like to keep the house nice, and all help to chip in.

The house is in really good condition and was renovated recently so has nice modern fixtures and crucially no mould! The rooms come unfurnished but one of two beds are for sale. You'd have a space for a bike under the stairs too. There are three bathrooms, one on each floor! We also have a nice garden with a table which is perfect for outdoor eating in the summer.

We’re in a great location, right next to Chatsworth road that has great food spots, and a few minutes from the Canal and Hackney Marshes. We are a 10 minute walk to Homerton station, 15 from Hackney downs.

One of our housemates moves out on the 27th of January, the other is moving in with his girlfriend and is able to be quite flexible, so it could be any time between the 18th of december and the 27th of January!

The bills are pretty cheap, all in around 80 a month per person including council tax.
