Friendly semi-furnished small double

Hello! We have a room going in our friendly hackney house.

-- The Room --
Its a small room but get lots of natural light and comes with a small double bed and a wardrobe (the photos with carpet are old – we have since ripped it out to reveal lovely floorboards). The built in cupboards outside the room will also be yours for storage. The room is £650/ month and the deposit is 5 weeks rent (£811.25). Bills come out to around £120 pcm (incl weekly cleaner) depending on season/ cost of living crisis!

Because of the space we can’t accept couples sorry, and also half the house is allergic to cats so no kitties either 🙁

-- The House--
A 5-bed house with a huge private garden off the main street. Although your room will be little, we have three bathrooms, large kitchen, and a big living space with all the streaming services your heart desires (and we do make good use of them in winter). The house is located walking distance to Clapton, Hackney Downs, and Hackney central overgrounds with buses right on your doorstep.

-- The Flatmates --
The house consists of four working professionals (Maia, Anoushka, Seb, Johnny) in our late 20s/early 30s with a mix of office and wfh time. We’re a queer friendly home who like making big pots of coffee on Sundays, journalling, gyming, and having a good balance of hanging out and zipping around London doing our own thing (so, the usual).

We’re looking for someone who is easy going and can move in ASAP . We will be organising viewings for next week 😊
