I have 2 spacious rooms available in a 2-floor, 3-bed flat on the coveted Dunlace Road. A stones throw away from all the buzzing Chatsworth road bars, restaurants and independent shops and also around the corner from the best local pub in E5 - The Elderfield 🙂

About the house
----Newly renovated interior with a private garden for BBQs and sunbathing (when the sun finally makes an appearance haha).
----Spacious kitchen and living space with all integrated mod cons. The kitchen and living room also opens up onto a private courtyard separate to the private garden.

About the rooms
----Both double rooms with built-in wardrobes. Both rooms have patio doors that open up to its own outdoor space. These rooms will share the biggest bathroom in the house which incl. a bathtub.
----They are unfurnished however, you don’t need wardrobes. If you don’t have a bed, then Ikea & Argos/Habitat do next day delivery and Westfield is 5 mins on the Overground for whatever else you need.

About me
I’m 30+ Londoner, Director working in Advertising/Fashion, I work from home 2 days a week. I’m super chill and like my own space, but also not a hermit. I’m down for occasional house dinners, pub escapades and maybe a spontaneous jaunt to Mare Street Market/Oslo 🙂

About the new housemates
I’m used to an all-female house so that would be my preference however, I’m open. Ideally you are a late 20s/30+ professional who has their own life but also friendly and contributes to the good social vibes of the house.

Rent/ Avail date
Downstairs bedroom is £1000 // Upstairs bedroom is £1170
Both rooms need filling from 16th Dec but we can be flexible if you need the room earlier. Bills around £110ish each. It’s energy efficient with controlled heat temperature and timings
