One small room in Hackney

We have a small room in our lovely house in Clapton, available from December 22nd, which will be a SUBLET until late August 2025, with potentially an option of extending.

You’ll be living with 3 other girls in their late 20s/early 30s and an adorable cat called Willow. The house has a long history of having a community and homely feel, which many artists, activists and kind souls have called home and we'd like to keep it that way.

The room is small, has a double bed, a closet and a small desk, hence the price. To compensate the house has a large kitchen, living room, garden, 1 bathroom, a small toilet downstairs and storage space around the house. The area is great and well-connected.

Please let’s not waste both of our time and only reply to the ad if you think you could be the right person based on the following:

- Clean, tidy, fun and respectful
- ⁠down to hang out with us, have dinners as a house, movie nights, the occasional party etc but not a party animal. Not afraid of socialising but also respectful of our private times.
- ⁠not allergic to cats and animal lovers.
- Must be available to start paying from the 22nd of December.
- You are happy to SUBLET until late August 2025, after which point you may need to leave. There might potentially be the option of extending.

The room is 575£ PCM without bills and the deposit is 575£.
Bills not included - usually around 100£ per month.
