Sublet In Large Hackney House

I'm subletting my lovely room in Clapton for 2-3 months

The house: Very lucky to live in this very large 4 storey terraced house, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (you’d only be sharing with 1), 1 living room, 1 double basement (1 room is another living room but we mostly use it for laundry, other room is a mini bar/nightclub/gym), a nice sized garden, 1 office that sits 2 people, 1 large eat in kitchen. Despite there being 5 people that live here the house is so big that you’re never on top of eachother

The room: Largest bedroom in the house, south facing with big double windows, nice and warm, lots of storage space, lots of plants

Roommates: 4 girls in their early thirties, everyone is friendly and easy to get on with so definitely an opportunity to make some pals! Our weekdays are pretty chilled but on the weekend everyone either hangs out or does their own thing but everyone is super welcoming to their plans if you want to get involved

You: Looking for someone of a similar age, clean respectful and tidy, likes to have a lil chit chat

Only thing to be mindful of is that there’s a couple veggie & vegans so we ask that you are mindful of that 🙂
