💰rent is £1000 per month without bills. Bills come in between £40 per month.

📍The flat is 5 minute walk from Clapton Station and 5 minute walk from Rectory Road. We are 10 minute walk from Church Street in Stoke Newington which has lots of lovely bars, shops and cafes. We are also 5 minutes walk from the 73 bus which takes you into the city.

📢 The room is big, with a lovely window to the garden and will come furnished including a double bed, desk and clothes storage.
The rest of the house is fully furnished and has a big backyard which is amazing when the weather is warmer!

You’ll be sharing with 5 other wonderful housemates (2 girls + 2 boys) all between 26-29 who are friendly, respectful, and love a pint on the weekends 🍻
We are a social household and ultimately looking for someone who we can also be friends with!!
