Short term sublet in friendly house share E5

Hi, I'm looking for a great someone to sublet my room in our friendly lefty house share in Clapton for a a month or two from February the 4th. Nick is moving out permanently in March so their is the option to take that (smaller and cheaper room) if you're looking for something more long term after....
The room is the main bedroom the first floor and is a large, bright room, furnished with a chest of drawers, two bedside tables, a double bed, a sofa, shelving and a built-in clothing rail (i will move most of my clothes and some other bits into the loft so there is room for your things).
The kitchen/dining room and quite a big garden are the social, communal spaces (one of us in particular has transformed the back garden into a great space to be). Bills for energy, council tax, water, cleaner (every 2 weeks), internet etc are all included in the 750 pounds pcm.
The other housemates you'll be living with are a writer, a boat refurbisher, a film maker and an artist (2 female and 2 male) ranging from 32 - 40 years old. (Ideally we would like to find someone who is aged between 30 - 45.) We sometimes share meals, hang out and do things together in or out of the house but also do things independently and respect each others space. Shared facilities include bathroom (bath, shower, toilet), another toilet, dining room, a big garden, kitchen + dining room, two fridges and a freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, gas cooker + oven, shed, and a barbecue.
The house is 4 mins walk to Clapton station and 20 mins on the overground to Liverpool St, 35 mins to Oxford Circus. Millfields park is at the other end of our road and leads on to the River Lea and Walthamstow and Hackney marshes which are perfect for walks/runs/cycles.
