We’re on the look out for a chilled flatmate to join our spacious home.

The house is big! Three floors, two lounges, a kitchen with a plant-filled conservatory and a paved garden with flowers and veggies. We have three bathrooms and you’d be sharing the biggest one with just one other person.

The room advertised is a huge sized double, on the second floor with two big windows. It comes with a double bed, wardrobe, and a set of drawers.

We’re all aged 30 - 40 years, so looking for someone chilled, similarly aged, and like-minded to share the space, some meals and a chat!

We work a mix of home and the office, but there is usually someone WFH and kicking about during the weekdays for a chat in the garden. You could do either, there is plenty of room in the house to work from and fast internet!

We’re quite social a bunch, out on the weekends at festivals, gigs, cycling, park and the pub. And it’s always nice to have friends over for dinner, bbq, games nights etc. LGBTQ friendly household.

The house is about 7 mins walk from Rectory Road station and Clapton overground station. We also have 24 hour buses at the end of the road. It's a green area with Hackney Downs Park 5 mins away.

Money stuff:

Rent: £805*
Bills: £160**

*Rent is due monthly on 22nd
**Bills average out annually to approx £160 a month annually and include gas/electric, council tax, internet, water, TV licence and a cleaner every 2 weeks.

Deposit: £580 we have an estate agent who holds the deposit (standard stuff). They will also do a reference check ahead of putting you on the contract

The move in date is 26th Jan 2025.
