Lovely Double Bedroom. Amazing Views and Location

Hi I’m Matthew,

I’m an extremely easy-going, respectful and considerate individual. I absolutely love living in Hackney and have been here for 5 and a half years.

It’s a lovely flat which is amazingly well insulated and cosy in the winter and beautifully fresh and airy in the spring and summer.

The flat has an open plan kitchen and lounge which lead onto a huge outdoor balcony with amazing views overlooking the River Lea and Millfields park.

I work full-time as a strength and conditioning coach (personal trainer). In my spare time I love being outdoors, cycling, attending live music, going to the cinema , reading and experiencing London and its amazing culture (markets, galleries, exhibitions, parks) as much as possible.

There are close transport links to Liverpool Street, Stratford and Central. Clapton overground station is a 5/6 min walk. Lea Bridge Road Station is one stop from Stratford Station and is a 10 min walk. Bus stops (all directions) 1/2 min walk.

2 min walk to a local Co-op supermarket and lovely canal side pub (Princess of Wales). 5 min walk to a wide variety of cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, cinema and beauty salons on Chatsworth Road.

Gateway to Hackney Marshes and a wonderful variety of nature walks.

Super fast wifi. Bedroom is fully furnished with a huge double wardrobe. The flat has fantastic light throughout the day. Sunrise is from your bedroom window.
