I am moving out of the country and looking for someone to take over my cosy room in Clapton.

• Beautiful Walthamstow marshes nearby for a nice weekend stroll

You will take over my tenancy contract.
The lease expires in Nov 2025 with the option to renew.

The flat has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom/toilet, 1 toilet, a large kitchen with fitted gas stove/oven, storage space and a massive garden. Perfect if you enjoy trying new recipes or gardening!

About your flatmates:
You’ll be sharing the flat with 3 other girls who are in their late 20s-early 30s.

Anni (31) and Lara (27) are from Germany; both work in the creative/fashion industries. Tali (26) recently moved from Australia with her girlfriend (who lives in the area), and she’s currently working in social services/volunteering.

Lara goes to the office for work every day. Tali and Anni are currently working hybrid so they will be home some days of the week.

The atmosphere in the house is very precious and wholesome. Everyone is very friendly, easy to talk to, open-minded and welcoming. We have worked very hard to cultivate a sense of home and comfort in the house and enjoy spending time together. However, we all have our own personal lives and are very respectful of personal spaces.

We are looking for another girl to join the flat, however, we are also very open to everyone who would fit the house energy. LGBTQ+ Friendly.

Move-in the first week of February.
No students, please. Preferably queer ppl or women.
