Big room - Clapton available ASAP (couples/single)

We are looking for someone/a couple to join our 3 bedroom house in Clapton ASAP!


We would love someone fun, sociable and respectful, who wants to live in a cozy collaborative home where we’re not just ships in the night.
We (Jamie and Sophie) are 2 girls who treat our house as a home, spend time together in/out of the house but also have our own things going on and respect each others space.

Sophie works in fashion (from home on Wednesdays when she’s sometimes dog sitting!!) and Jamie is a PA and works from home all week. We have plenty of space for the new person/couple to work from home too.

Sophie is 26 and Jamie is 31. We’re looking for someone in their late 20s-mid 30s.

We love throwing a dinner party, watching some shit tv, a craft night and going to the pub. Karaoke may also occasionally be on the cards. We’re v relaxed about having friends over but definitely not a mad party house. We’re both tidy, proactive around the house and considerate of living in a shared space and would love our new housemate/s to be the same.

The house is spacious and bright but cozy and full of plants (always keen for more). We have a big living room with a dining table and a separate kitchen with a dining table.

We are a 7 min walk from Clapton station or a 10 min walk from Rectory Road. We are in between Stoke Newington/Homerton so have loads of pubs/cafes/small supermarkets around.

The room is furnished with a bed, bedside table, mirror, desk, chest of drawers and wardrobe but has LOADS of space to really make it your own (see the photos!) and our landlord is happy to take stuff out of the room if you want!

Our landlord is v relaxed and we have a lovely cleaner who usually comes once/twice a month.
