Cosy Room in Lower Clapton

Hello! We have a room going in our friendly Clapton house.

-- The Room --
Cosy room which comes with a new double bed, chest of drawers and a desk. It is very spacious and has plenty of room to personalise it.

The room is £700 month. Bills come out to around £60 pcm (incl water, gas, energy, broadband and council tax band D).

-- The House--
A 4-bed house with a private garden off the main street (Lower Clapton Road). We have one shared bathroom, kitchen and living space. The house is located walking distance to Clapton, Hackney Downs, and Hackney central overgrounds with buses right around the corner.

-- The Flatmates --
The house consists of four working professionals/creative in our late 20s/early 30s with a mix of office and wfh time. We’re a friendly home who like talking sh*t together, listening music but also very considerate of other people's space and need on the house.

We’re looking for someone who is easy going, shares values in terms of cleaning after themselves and can move in soon. We will be organising viewings asap
