Short term room in Victorian house in Clapton E5

We have a lovely, comfortable, furnished room available from the 19th of Dec. It is available until mid to late January.

The house would suit someone who is looking for a somewhere quiet and who is friendly, open and considerate of others. It is not a party house.

You would be sharing with 3 really nice guys. Two students, and a research nurse.

This household is better suited for males as we have one large bathroom which has a shower and a bath.

It is a chilled house. Everyone is friendly and enjoys a chat yet have full, busy lives. The large kitchen diner is our communal space.

There is a private, quiet garden, which has table & chairs.

The shared spaces (kitchen) is expected to be left clean and tidy after cooking.

The room has a large storage cupboard, an extremely comfortable kingsize bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, sofa, mirror, desk and chair.

The kitchen is well equipped with 2 fridge freezers, 2 ovens, a hob, dishwasher and microwave. There is a separate laundry area with a dryer and washing machine. Washing can be hung outdoors or on our Victorian airer.

All bills are included: Weekly Cleaner; Broadband; Electric; Gas; TV license; Council Tax; Water.

The house has all safety checks and are on display.

Bedding and towels can be provided at a small additional cost.
