Bright double room Clapton

A recently refurbished flat with a 6m2 terrace. A bright and airy flat with spare double room available. It already has a bed with storage underneath and chest of draws.

I have an ensuite so you would have use of the main bathroom. We do have a tiny Pomeranian she Is quiet and doesn’t shed. I would like to live with a professional who is clean and tidy. This is a pretty chill household.

Please note this price includes the unfortunately high service charge which is £500 a month for the whole flat. But that service is for the security, lift and the gardens, etc 😎
