The room:
- Big, super bright room with big windows
- Furnished (king bed + very good mattress, wardrobe, draws)

The house:
- fully furnished
- 5 beds (including 1 en-suite room)
- Ground floor, we share a garden, kitchen and living room with a big screen projector
- There is a bathroom on the same floor as the room and another toilet downstairs

Flatmates:
You will be joining 4 of us - Adam, Iggy, Emily and Matt. We are easy going, friendly and considerate.
- we are all professionals in our mid 20's to late 30's
- Most of us work full time in the office but WFH is also welcome
- We have our own lives outside the flat but enjoy the occasional bbq/drinks/games nights together in our garden/living room. And some spontaneous pub trips
- We are respectful to each other in terms of keeping the flat clean and peaceful

Location
We are on Rushmore Road, Lower Clapton which has loads of local bars and restaurants. The neighbourhood is great!
- 5 mins to Hackney Downs Park/10 mins to canal path and the Marshes.
- 10-20 mins walk to overground stations depending on what station you are going to; Clapton, Hackney Central or Hackney Downs
- 2 mins walk to bus stop. Bus going to Victoria, Bromley by Bow, Aldgate so basically everywhere ( number 38,55, 56,106,245,242)
- You can walk to Dalston, Stoke Newington, London field and Victoria park easily. Chartworth road is 10ish minute walk too.
There are many thing going on in this cute area!

We're looking for someone clean, friendly, who wants this to be more of a long term home than just a house :)
