Bright & spacious double room in Clapton ✨

We are looking for a new flatmate to fill this bright and spacious room in our 4 bedroom house in Clapton. The house is located on a residential street between Homerton and Clapton overground stations, and 2 min walk from the canal and Hackney Marshes, which is lovely in the summer. We’re only 10 min away from Chatsworth Road, with its vibey market on the weekends and tons of cute cafes and restaurants.

The house features a massive kitchen with lots of storage, 2 bathrooms and 1 WC, huge living room and a garden, plus extra storage space in the loft. The room comes unfurnished and is located on the first floor, with a big south-facing window. There’s a bathroom with a shower on your floor, which is shared with one other person.

You’ll be sharing with 3 professionals, Holly, Olivia and Kevin aged 30-46, working in fashion, social justice and film. Most of us have lived here long term and really cultivated a sense of home over the years. We all have our own personal lives and are respectful of each other's space, but love to hang out together watching telly in the living room and catching up in the kitchen. We’re not a party house, but enjoy having friends over for dinner or a barbecue in our garden in the summer. We have a weekly cleaning rota, and keep our communal spaces super tidy.

We’re looking for a like minded, clean and respectful professional between 30-35 to match the relaxed, homely vibe. LGBTQ+ friendly.
