Double Bedroom near Clapton Pond E5

Large double bedroom in Clapton close to Clapton Pond. Room comes mostly furnished, with a bed, desk, clothes rack and chest of drawers. The house has no living room but a large garden. Rent is £750 and bills are around £100 a month. I am moving out at the end of May and my 3 flatmates would like to stay in the property so I am looking to replace myself. My flatmates are a photography assistant, painter, and cook - all men. The house is rough around the edges and isn't modernised but comes with all wooden floors and original windows - the bedroom available is very spacious and in good condition.
