Short Let – Bright Double Room in Clapton (E5)

We’re subletting our lovely, light-filled double room in a spacious 2-bed flat in Clapton while we escape the winter for Spain and New Zealand. The room is available from around 11 December until the end of February, with flexibility if you need a few extra weeks.

The flat is bright, fully furnished, and very spacious, located right on Chatsworth Road, moments from amazing pubs, cafés, bakeries, and the weekend market. Millfields Park and Hackney Marshes are just around the corner, perfect for walks or runs.

Room details:
- Available mid-December → end of February (flexible)
- £950/month + bills (approx. £120)

You’ll be sharing with Tess, a 28-year-old Kiwi architect who’s friendly, easy-going, and enjoys running, coffee, wine, and good chats. She works mostly from the office (4–5 days a week) and is always up for a movie night or catch-up.
