Bills — including council tax, water, electricity, gas and Wi-Fi — are around £133 per month, so the total comes to approximately £1,058 per month, plus a £900 deposit

(The rent from 20th Nov to 13th Dec will be calculated by day as 35 pounds including bills per nights, from 13th Dec will start to follow a natural calendar month)
