Hey everyone! We're looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely home in Lower Clapton, Hackney, starting September, as we’ll be renewing our lease for another year. It’s a 4-bed house with a warm, friendly atmosphere and we'd love to find someone who’s looking for a relaxed, respectful, and homely vibe.

🛏️ The Room:

The room available is a private ensuite on the first floor — it’s the only room on that floor, so you’d have plenty of privacy. It overlooks the garden and gets great natural light. Comes fully furnished with a personal bathroom. Move-in from early to mid-September

🏡 The House:

The house is a 4-bed with a shared kitchen and a sunny garden out back that’s perfect for BBQs, chilling in a hammock, or a quiet coffee in the morning. There's no separate living room, so the kitchen and garden are our main communal spaces and we’ve made them feel as homely as possible.

👯‍♀️ About Us:
You’ll be living with three of us — two gals and one guy, all in our mid-late 20s. We’re a friendly, easy going bunch who enjoy occasional dinners, drinks, movie nights (on a projector), or just hanging out when we’re all around. That said, we also really value downtime and personal space. We’re looking for someone who’s clean, respectful, social, and ideally wants to be friends with the people they live with.

We don't mind what you do or who you invite over as long as you’re being mindful of the shared space and the people in it.

💸 Costs:
Rent: £1075/month
Bills: Average between £80–£150/month depending on the season (covers electric, gas, wifi, council tax, water).
