Lovely 1 bed flat in Clapton - short term let

I'm looking to rent out my 1 bed furnished home in Clapton for between 2-4 months from mid-late February.

Situated in a new modern secure building, located 2 mins from the River Lea and Walthamstow Marsh and 7 minutes walk to Clapton Station. It's a lovely private, quiet one bedroom flat and ideal for a couple or individual.

I recently renovated, I think it looks awesome and comes fully furnished with a king size bed, wardrobe rails and draws, sofa, table and chairs etc.

The newly painted and upgraded kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, induction hob and a washing machine in the hallway cupboard.

I'm looking for someone or a couple to look after the place whilst I'm away with work.
