Double room on the canal in Clapton!

I am looking for someone to replace me in my lovely flat in Clapton! I have a double room available with it's own bathroom just down the hall. The flat is on the third floor of the building, overlooking Millfields Park and the canal. The room is unfurnished however has a built in large wardrobe with a rail and top shelf.

The flat is in Clapton, situated right next to Hackney Marshes. It is around a 5-10 minute walk to Clapton overground station, and there are great bus links around a 2 minute walk across the park. We are also close to Chatsworth Road, Lower Clapton and Upper Clapton which all have gorgeous independent coffee shops, restaurants, pubs and shops.

My current flatmate is a 29 year old female working in fashion. I've lived in the building for 3 years and absolutely love it however it's time for me to move on.

We are looking for someone who wants to live in a homely environment and is social and friendly.

Bills are not included in the rent, and the new tenant will need to go through estate agent referencing.

They will be taking over my contract.

Move in date 26th August. (Possible to move in earlier if needed)
