We are looking for someone to join our lease which ends 12 February 2026. Move-in available from now flexible with dates.

🏡 The house is gated and has plenty of storage for bikes in the front porch. We have a spacious living room with 48 inch TV. The living room leads onto a large garden/terrace which gets a lot of sun during the day. The house has 2 bathrooms and so each is shared by 2 people. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer included. The house has 4 large storage rooms if extra space is required.

🚪Room is second largest in the house and is isolated from any noise upstairs as it is in the basement but natural light comes in all day as there is a window into a smaller basement terrace. The room comes with a walk-in wardrobe and desk (optional), wardrobe and bedside tables included. Rent is £1150 inclusive of bills.

📍The house is 8 minutes walk from Clapton overground station and 20 minute walk to Hackney Downs and Hackney Central.

🧍‍♂️🧍‍♀️ We are looking for a sociable character who can fit the vibe of the house; cooking together, respecting personal time. MUST be LGBTQ+ friendly. You’ll be living with 2 boys and 1 girl (age 24-29) who are hybrid and work at least 2 days from home.
