Double room with built in wardrobe - long term

Looking for someone to take over my room in this gorgeous flat in Clapton!
I've loved living here but am about to move in with my partner so looking for the right person to take over my lease.

About the space:
The room comfortably fits a double bed, large desk, has HUGE built in wardrobes and is a great size to work from home (also open to selling on some furniture)

There is one main bathroom in the house but you would only sharing the shower with one other person as one of the other rooms has a shower/sink

The flat is located less than 10 mins from both Clapton and Rectory Road stations on a quiet residential street.

About the flatmates
You would be joining Allana (30) - plus another room up for grabs from the 7th March!

We've created a really warm and social vibe in the flat and always up for a chat while cooking dinner, or a wine and some reality TV. Although we enjoy going out (and head to the pub together when schedules align!), this is not a party/afters house, and we would want someone who is respectful of that.

We're looking for a flatmate aged between 28-32 ideally.

The lease is currently signed until September 2026 - this will be a name change on an existing contract so you will need to go through the normal process of reference checking with the estate agent. Any name change fee will be paid for by myself. The name change would occur from 1 March.

Pleas note: the flat was furnished by the original housemates that we bought when they moved out. Therefore, there would be an additional cost of £250 deposit to chip in for the furniture and kitchen appliances.
