Room in Clapton house (couple preferable)

Double room going in our 3 bed Clapton house. Living with 2 others 27 year old male (Aussie) and female (Irish) both professionals. (I’m a flatmate,
not the landlord I don’t know how to change the settings on this app) We are friends and would like to keep a friendly vibe in the house, we occasionally have friends over on weekends but usually keep it pretty low key mid week! We have been living with a couple but they are moving out due to visas expiring. Preferably a couple would take the room because of the rent cost but open to whoever! Bills come to about max 100 each. The lease is available to sign on from October and will become rolling from December onwards :)
Right next to Rectory road station and Clapton station.
House is stand alone, has a big back garden and on site parking!
We also have a bike shed.
Shower room and WC are separate.
Room is unfurnished but the current tenants are open to selling their furniture.
