Room 1: (very large double): £1060 pcm
Very spacious first floor room – fits a sofa, desk, bed with room to spare. Shares ground floor bathroom with one other housemate, there is a standing shower in this bathroom. Room accessible via one flight of stair with a turn in the middle.

Room 2 (smaller double): £775 pcm
A standard double on the top floor. Shares top floor bathroom with one other housemate, where there is a bath and shower. Room accessible via two flights of stair with turns in the middle.

Bills not included – approx. £10–120 per month gas, electric, water, council tax, wifi)

Both rooms get a lot of natural light, Room 1 more in the morning, Room 2 more in the evening.
Tenancy:
12-month Tenancy starting Saturday 13th of September.
You’ll be added to the contract, the tenancy is handled though a letting agency, our landlord lives in Australia and we have no direct contact with her.

Description:
We're in a 3-storey terrace house in Clapton (E5), less than 5 mins from Rectory Road Station (Weaver Line – 15 mins to Liverpool Street) and around 10 mins from Clapton Station. We’re about a 20-minute walk to Dalston, Hackney Central, and Stoke Newington.

There’s a small private garden, space to store bikes, and one off-street parking space (currently free).

Not suitable for cats/dogs, but smaller caged/aquarium pets are allowed. Pet sitting/visits are welcome.
Couples not preferred (just to keep the number of housemates comfortable), but happy to chat if you're a duo looking for both rooms.

We’re both queer and often out or away for work.
The house vibe is friendly, relaxed, and respectful. We’re not a party house, but we do socialise together and have hosted parties in the past. Looking for respectful and fun queers to join our house.
