Room for rent in Lower Clapton

Hello, my girlfriend and I have just moved into a lovely three bed 1.5 (soon to be 2) Bathroom former council house. Just off chatsworth road and a 5 to 10 minute walk from Homerton hospital and Homerton Station. In the sought after Lower Clapton area.
It has great transport links into central London and westfields shopping centre through the over ground and buses.
House includes a good sized, newly renovated private garden, a tumble dryer and a large kitchen
Smokers are welcome, so long as they smoke in the garden.
We have one small dog. He's very friendly, loves people and is house trained.
About us:
We're both fun, easy going folks who enjoy a trip to the pub. Daisy is studying accounting and I've just finished a course on fire safety. We've got season tickets to arsenal women and love going to events. Would love to find someone who we could become mates with while also respecting people's boundaries and quiet time. A glass (or two) of wine in the kitchen with a good chat or some board games from time to time would be great.

P. S: we have a room set aside to become a living room but it's not ready yet. Should be a nice space for people to hang out within a couple weeks
