Bright double room in two-person flat in Clapton

Hey! I’ve got a bright, spacious double room going in our flat and we’re looking for someone to move in pretty soon (ideally this week).

The room’s a really good size, fully furnished with a double bed, big wardrobe, and full-length mirror. The best part is the huge bay windows – the sun rises right into the room, so you wake up to loads of natural light.

The flat itself is homely and spacious, wooden floors, big windows, and a modern kitchen with all the bits (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer). The bathroom’s got both a bath and shower, and the place is furnished but still leaves space for you to make it feel your own.

This is a gem of an area, loads of nice cafes, organic coffee spots, bakeries and little independent shops. It’s a creative, lively neighbourhood but the flat itself feels calm and relaxed.

i'm looking to find someone who’s friendly, easy-going and enjoys having a nice home to come back to. Ideally a professional (creative or not!)

Bills are pretty low – about £85 for council tax and £25–30 for electricity each month.
