Price: £930 + bills (roughly £100 pm including bi-weekly cleaner)

5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 large kitchen, 1 living room, 1 office with 2 desks, double basement (1 is another living room, 1 is a bar/workout space:

🌟The house:
- Located just off Chatsworth road and a 5 min walk to the canal, we are truly in such a great location!!!
- The house has 3 bathrooms so you will only be sharing with 1, a nice living room to hangout and a decent sized kitchen.
- We have an office that seats 2 so we don’t care if you WFH!
- 5 of us live here but tbh feels like you are living with 2 people because someones always out
- Social house with lots of space
- We turned 1 room into a bar which definitely does not get enough use. The occasional party happens but it’s generally quite hard to get 5 people to be around on the same date

🌟Us:
All in our early 30’s and get on super well! The house is pretty chilled and everyone does their own thing, but we definitely make effort with eachother (just hard to manage 5 diaries!). The house has so much space so it’s never a problem to have people over. It’s definitely not a party house but use of the bar is ofc encouraged, plus we are a sociable bunch who love meeting eachothers friends!

Jobs: Medical photographer, vfx, journalist, barista

Interests: festivals, gigs, the gym, cooking, eating out, general mooching around East London, occasional raves, finding Hackneys best coffee, travelling, canal walks
