Hi all!

We have two rooms available in a spacious Victorian house just off Chatsworth Road. Move-in date: 20th November.

The house
A four-bedroom Victorian with a generous living room, well-equipped kitchen, back office and a shared basement space for storage or studio use. There’s also a good-sized garden 🌱 — ideal for the odd barbecue or morning coffee.

The rooms

Room 1: A large double at the front of the house with big windows and plenty of light. comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers,

Room 2: Another double overlooking the garden, bright and peaceful, comes furnished with a double bed with 2 wardrobes.

We get on really well, often hang out at home but have our own lives too.

The area
Lower Clapton has everything on your doorstep — Chatsworth Road Market on Sundays, great pubs (The Elderfield, The Star by Hackney Downs), cafes and independent shops. Hackney Central, Homerton and the marshes are all within walking distance.

Landlord
We’ve a good relationship with our landlord — he’s responsive and quick to sort anything that comes up.
