Replacement Flat Share

Very quiet individual, when I am in the flat you will probably wonder if I am in! Active fitness wise with trail running and cycling with a cheat bike (electric). Avid cinema fan and often at Cineworld. Electric car owner if you need a lift to an airport or collection.

I am a member of MindMyHouse and spend periods away from the flat, looking after other properties. Some with beloved pets while their owners holiday in far away lands. Recently returned from 4 weeks in Stockport. Returning to that area again for ten days in 2 weeks time to look after 2 dogs and 3 cats.

So the flat share will need to be comfortable on their own at the flat. It has a secure entrance area before the solid flat door. The windows are protected by guards as it is a ground floor flat.

Public Transport is literally outside the main entrance of the property.
