Leaving my beaut house in between Clapton and Rectory Road. Shared with three lovely ladies in their 30s, all working professionals. A very chill vibe in the house, appreciating each others privacy but having a flat dinner together semi regularly. Only reason I’m leaving is I bought a flat :)

Large double bathroom with shower and separate bath. Small kitchen but we make it work and a large outdoor balcony area with plants - so nice in summer. We don’t have a shared living room in the house. Theres one flat beneath us but we occupy the top three storeys of the four storey townhouse.

Double room with original fireplace, £850 a month. Deposit is also £850 and comes furnished with bed/mattress/desk/wardrobe for an extra £100. Bills + a regular cleaner comes to around £110 a month.

10 min walk to both Clapton and Rectory Road stations, 15 min walk from Stoke Newington Church Street.

Unfortunately we are not accepting couples and are looking for 30+ women/trans applicants.

Move in date is flexible but looking for a tenant to move in around beginning of November.
