Big double room in Clapton/Stoke Newington

We’re looking for a sixth housemate to join our big house in Clapton! 🤩

The room comes with the furniture as shown in the pictures, minus the bed frame and soft furnishings. It’s super spacious and fills with light during the day.

The house itself is also big. We have a separate sitting room, a separate dining room, two fridge/freezers, three toilets, and enough space to store our belongings. We also have a garden, which has seen meals, coffees and barbecues. We also get a cleaner in either monthly or every fortnight (~£6).

The area is also really lovely. The house is right between Rectory Road overground station and Clapton overground station (both an 8 minute walk). There’s also a few bus stops nearby as well (including the 106 and 76), as well as multiple corner shops and pubs.

You will be sharing with two couples (Australian) and another girl (French). Everyone is a professional (except me, who was a postgrad student for the last year) and in their late 20s/early 30s. The house never feels full as we all have different schedules and enjoy travelling frequently. Everyone generally has their own thing going on, but also enjoy cooking together/ hanging in the sitting room/having house dinners when we’re able to. We’re looking for someone who can fit right in 😎

I’m moving out to relocate abroad, but I have really loved living here. Everyone gets along and is considerate of each other’s space. We’re also an LGBTQ friendly house 🏳️‍🌈. I am hoping for someone to move in around the start of November (slightly flexible to mid November).

Deposit is £875, and the room is available until October 2026. Bills (including council tax) around ~£100 per month.
