Room available from 17th November in a calm house share in Clapton, near to Millfields Park.

The room is a good sized double room on the second floor of a multi-storey flat. The flat has three bedrooms in total. It has a big open-plan shared kitchen and living/dining room. The bathroom is shared with one other person.

The room is part-furnished. Included is mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Not included is bed frame and bookcase but both can be purchased for negotiable price from vacating tenant if needed.

Rent does not include bills (council tax, gas, electricity, water, internet and tv licence) which are between £80-100 per person per month. We each take responsibility for a bill.

Parking is available on the street with a permit from the council.

You’ll be sharing with Katie and Scott, both in their early 30s. The house is calm and respectful, not a party house but friendly.

Location, if you don’t know Clapton, it’s close to lots of green space, the Lea River and Walthamstow Wetlands, as well as Hackney’s restaurant scene and nightlife. The house is in a peaceful, leafy street. It’s a 10 minute walk to Clapton, the closest overground station, and a 20 minute walk to Hackney Central. There are lots of bus options too.
