The place is a two bedroom, two story apartment in Lower Clapton. The lower floor has both bedrooms, a bathroom and the kitchen. The upper floor is a large open loft-type living space with skylights. It also has a private balcony. You'd be living with one other person (M 30).

The price for the room is £1500 per month; no deposit and bills included (but could do a discount on rent if you’ll be around over Christmas and are willing to look after our cat).

Room comes with a double bed, small set of draws, hanging rack and a bed side table. There is also lots of shared living space.

In terms of transport, it’s a 6 minute walk to Clapton overground, about a 10 minute walk to Hackney Downs/Hackney Central and a 20 minute walk to Kingsland High St.
