It is with a heavy heart that I am leaving behind my room in Hackney.

We have sole occupancy of the top floor that is located on a private estate. Fifth floor views of leafy Millfields Park, snaking canal and Hackney Marshes. Located a mere 7 minute walk away from Clapton Station, and a 15 minute walk from popular Chatsworth Road.

Living area is open plan, kitchen has all the modern essentials, the washer and tumble dryer are both hidden away in an airing cupboard.

We have a large roof terrace and separate balcony. Overall, the flat is bright spacious so you don’t feel like you’re living on top of each other.

With a view of the River Lea, the room comes with bed, mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers at £800p/m not including bills.

You’d be moving in with two guys in their late twenties/ early thirties, John and Tobias, who have been an absolute pleasure to live with over the past 18 months. Both are lovely, sociable people, but will respect your space too.

Move in from November 11th.

The property is managed by a live out landlord with a few properties nearby.
