Spacious double room in Lower Clapton

Hi!

We are on the hunt for an individual or a couple to join us in our 4 bed Lower Clapton terrace flat! The room can either come unfurnished or we can sell our furniture onto you.

We’re located just off Chatsworth Road, so plenty to see and do very close to home. The closest station is Homerton which is a 12 min walk.

The room is on the first floor, east facing with plenty of natural light in the mornings and has its own little balcony! The communal areas are split over 2 floors with 2 full bathrooms plus a utility room on the first and a large open plan kitchen and living on the second with a large roof terrace! Renovations of the whole space were only completed just over a year ago.

We are a friendly, easy-going & respectful bunch. We enjoy being social in the house but also respect each others space. We are of course LGBTIQA+ friendly and are hoping to find an easy-going & like-minded person. A little bit about each of us:

Fanny (she/her 29) - video editor currently talking a little break from work to travel and work on her own projects. Also into food, films, being outside, swimming, dancing and going to the pub.

Ella (she/her) 25 - currently subletting Fannys room until Feb. Knitwear designer who loves food, shopping, a good series/movie and chatting over a drink!

Lou (he/him 29) - project manager at a print studio & seller of vintage furniture. Enjoys the pub, cooking, music & socialising.

Erynn (she/her 27) - primary school teacher who you will either find sewing, reading, exercising or most often out and about with friends!

We also have a friendly little cat Alfie, so unfortunately we won’t be able to have any other pets in thr flat.

PS - The deposit is listed as £995 but if you’re a couple then that will be per person!
