Large Double - Chatsworth Road - Queer

One of our current housemates is moving on in the next few weeks (he's bought his own flat), so we're looking for someone new to join the house.

The house is tucked just off Chatsworth Road, quiet but close to all the good coffee, food, and weekend markets. It’s a 3-bed spread over three floors, with a balcony, bath, skylights, loads of storage, and a dishwasher. You’ll share a bathroom with Han, as I’ve got my own.

🛏 Room: Available Dec 1st. Biggest room in the house, built-in wardrobe/cupboard, two big windows, unfurnished.

Ren: 34 (almost), work in tech (mostly from home), gender fluid/queer. Into weightlifting, hiking, nights out, socialising, and music/art. I’m tidy but relaxed, and I like living with people who can have a laugh and a drink now and then.

Han: 32 year old trans, non-binary graphic designer who’s into art and design, film, music & festivals and their friends too of course.

Looking for: Ideally other queer or queer-friendly people who are clean, considerate etc etc. Not a party house, but we do like to have friends over for dinners.

Bills aren't included, they're around £100 a month.
