Lovely room in Lower Clapton house

We’re looking for someone to take our housemate’s room as she moves to her new house! Moving in date 22 November but we can be a bit flexible for the right person.

The house is lovely and has loads of natural light, plenty of character, a little back garden and lots of storage space. Located a perfect halfway between Homerton station and the canal. We’ve got a cleaner who comes in every two weeks to help keep the common spaces clean and tidy (for £24/each per month).

Living in the house are two girls - Cody and Mariana, 27 and 31, working in interior design and a music charity. We like cooking, having a late night chat around the kitchen table with a little glass of wine, hanging out outside the house, and the odd Sunday night film sesh.

Ideally you’d be F (or identifying), similar age to ours (late 20s to mid 30s) and looking for a place that feels like home :)
