Room in flat in clapton

Hey i’ve got a spare room in my flat as my current housemate is moving out at the end of November. Its a pretty cozy furnished 2 bed flat with a living room, houseplants and a variety of lighting.

The flats got tall ceilings, big windows, nicely furnished, quite alot of storage, a living room, kitchen, shared bathroom, hallway, TV, a car park (although not sure what the situation is on a household having 2 cars). The block has a lift, neighbours are friendly. The high st is not fantastic, but Springfield park is really nice, and you’ll be close to a lot of green/blue spaces + lower clapton has alot of nice restaurants too. Nearest station Clapton is 10mins walk away, or theres a bus to Finsbury Park station.

Im an architect / lighting designer, 30, in my spare time i’m usually just doing whatever typical East london stuff ppl do - hanging with friends, cooking, cycling, cultural expeditions, and In the summer I field for Hackney’s worst cricket team. If you’re into art and design thats a bonus but generally there’s no criteria, let me know a bit about yourself too!
