Double room

Hey everyone!

I’m moving out of my lovely flat in Upper Clapton, so we’re looking for someone new to join this calm, comfortable home. It’s honestly a great place, right by the canal and the marshes, with loads of green space, nice pubs, restaurants, and shops around.

You’ll be living with two amazing flatmates, both in their late 20s:
• Nicolly (27) – half Brazilian, half Italian, working in childcare
• Holly (27) – a designer who works from home, English

Your room: Big double room with plenty of space and loads of natural light, the wardrobe is quiet big and new.

You’ll share a bathroom and a little storage space with Nicolly. The flat also has a lovely balcony which is great during the summer days!

They’re looking for someone aged 27-32, friendly, clean, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces. It’s a peaceful home where everyone values privacy but still enjoys a nice chat.

Not suitable for couples or pets, just to keep things simple.
