Sublet of flat in Lower Clapton

Hello!

This is an ad for a two-month sublet (After 20 February a new contract will most likely be created. From then, there will be the possibility to have name put on lease with rolling monthly contract).

I'm so sad to leave my wonderful two-story flat in Lower Clapton which I share with two of my best friends. We are not a flat share, we are a household and so I'm looking for an amazing replacement who will be willing to fit that vibe.

The room on offer is a double sized room with a large wardrobe and large cupboard. There are two bathrooms in the flat - one upstairs (with bath/shower) and a toilet downstairs by the front door. There is a kitchen and a separate large, bright living/dining room.

You will be sharing with two flatmates: Tilly (25), from Colchester and Conn (24), from Dublin.

Tilly works for the civil service and uses the living/dining room as a work from home office space about 3 days a week. She spends her free time watching films, cooking, hiking, travelling, exercising, and socialising with her friends. Conn is an actor and is currently working in the hospitality sector. He enjoys acting, dancing, singing, exploring London, partying, and hanging out with his friends.

They both enjoy the odd night out and are very social people. They enjoy relaxing separately and together, and are respectful of each others down time. They also like to keep a very clean and tidy flat :)
