Hi everyone! We have 1 room available in our flat in Lower Clapton, E5.

🏡 Move in date can be ASAP, but flexible until 24th January.

💸 Room is £783 + bills which usually come to about £80 - £100 depending on summer/winter.

☝🏼 Room gets lots of light and is on a quiet street. The room also has an office across which is used as an extension of the room for extra bits and bobs.

🚂 12 minute walk to Homerton Station
🚌 3 minute walk to 242 bus stop
🚶‍♀️ 1 minute walk to Chatsworth Road/Market

Please note:

1. Room is unfurnished depending.
2. The flat is let through an agency so you will have to pass all mandatory checks.
3. This room is great for someone who also works remotely as the office is utilised as an office space.

About the flatmates:

Davina (she/her), 29, from South Wales and working in the tech industry. Big nature lover who loves to blow steam every so often. Exploring my reconnection of crafting to keep to occupied and off my phone.

Lara (she/her), 31 and from London originally but have travelled a lot. I work in journalism so my schedule can be bit weird but always keen for a good pub trip.
