Come and make yourself at home in this super cozy furnished small double room in our Clapton houseshare. The window overlooks the garden and faces west, getting a beautiful sunset light in.

We have a good size living room, a decent garden, proper insulation for winter, good water pressure, and beautiful Hackney Downs at the end of the street.

We're a quirky, nerdy, creative and friendly household, yet respectful of each other's independent lives and privacy. You'll be sharing with three lovely housemates (late 20s to late 40s)
- Rich who runs a comic book shop, Cris works as an accountant, and Jono is an animator.
The house would suit a like-minded, chilled, mature, clean and tidy person - someone who knows and understands shared living and wants to have a place to call home.

The rent is £830 and covers all bills including a cleaner twice a month.
The deposit is £670.

Move-in date by 16th January and this is when our rent is due, although the room will be free from the 29th December so we can negotiate you coming sooner if you need.

If you're not familiar with the area, the house is located 10 mins walk from Clapton/Stoke Newington and 15 mins from Hackney/Dalston, with Rectory Road Overground station only a 5 minute walk away. We're at the very heart of trendy East London while being ideally located close to the countryside feeling of the marsh.
