Master bedroom w ensuite in Hackney flat

My partner and I are looking for a person or couple to come share a spacious, beautiful, bright flat in the heart of Hackney.

The flat is large and bright with a contemporary designed open plan living, dining and kitchen and we have a dishwasher and washer/dryer.

We’re looking to fill the master bedroom (14’x10’) which is spacious with a large private ensuite and double-glazed windows with a view of the city. The room comes furnished however we can pack away any smaller items like the bedside tables and lamps if you don’t want them. It comes with under-bed storage and plenty more wardrobe space in the hallway.

We are just up the road from Hackney Central and Hackney Downs overground stations and around the corner from buses that will take you to underground stations or into central. There are great parks, cafes and pubs nearby and just a short walk to Hackney, Lower Clapton, Dalston and Hackney Marshes.

My partner and I share the second bedroom and we work in film mastering and branding. We work 9-5 Monday-Friday, she’s in the office everyday and I’m hybrid. We generally have a quiet home life and keep the busyness outside but we’re both sociable and we’ll occasionally host a games night with friends.

Bills will be split evenly between 3 and will be roughly £120 per month. Council tax band C.

We’re on the top floor with no access to an elevator so unfortunately we aren’t wheelchair accessible.
