Looking to sublet this room for about two months before I move in! Can be broken up into smaller sublets also

Early/mid December - mid February (can be a bit flexible with dates)

Lovely location, near Hackney Marshes/the canal. Close to Rectory Road and Clapton overground. Lots of cycle routes nearby.

825 pcm + bills (must be ok to pay council tax as well as electricity, Wi-Fi, water, etc)

Looking for someone responsible and clean who wants a relaxing home to live in! All the other housemates are creative professionals. Everyone mostly keeps to themselves but will hang out in kitchen/living room and there’s no pressure to do anything! Very chill house.

Please note the furniture will be different, but still include the essentials like bed mattress rail desk etc. If you have furniture you want to move in I can be flexible. The wall in the bedroom is also where the wallpaper has been removed and is not damp!!!! But hard to see in pics I admit.

Asking for a small security deposit of £100 which will be refunded when you move out.
