Lovely room available in lower Clapton

Hi! We have a room available in our cosy 3-bed house in Lower Clapton/Hackney, about a 7-minute walk from Hackney Central station, and are looking for someone queer/queer-friendly and like-minded to join our home.

We’re a queer household who value a chilled, respectful living environment. I (29) work at a university as an academic mentor and will soon be starting my training in psychotherapy. My other housemate (28) is a media researcher. We mostly live our own separate lives, but we’re friendly and always up for a warm chat in the kitchen.

The house has one main bathroom with a shower and toilet, plus a second smaller bathroom with just a toilet - which helps avoid morning queue stress! We don’t have a living room, so the house suits someone who’s independent and comfortable making their room their main space. The upside of this is that the rent is cheaper than what’s typical for the area.
