We have 1 spacious double room available in a 2-floor, 3-bed flat on the coveted Dunlace Road. A stones throw away from all the buzzing Chatsworth road bars, restaurants and independent shops and also around the corner from the best local pub in E5 - The Elderfield :)

About the house,

Quiet residential street yet, a very short walking distances from Chatsworth Road (2 mins), Lower Clapton (2 mins), Mare Street (6 mins), Homerton & Hackney Central central stations.

Newly renovated interior with a private garden for BBQs and sunbathing (when the sun finally makes an appearance haha).

Spacious kitchen and living space with all integrated mod cons. The kitchen and living room also opens up onto a private courtyard separate to the private garden.

About the room,

- Ample built-in wardrobe space.
- Double glazed bay windows that are south facing.
- A modernly designed private en-suite bathroom
- There’s also a bathroom for the house which incl. a bathtub.

The room is technically unfurnished with built in wardrobes. However, the room can come with a bed frame, chest of drawers, bedside table and desk for a dramatically reduced additional cost if needed!

About the two house mates you’ll be living with as our girl Fi is moving out after 5 years living here!! :(

Molly is 30 and works in hospitality round the corner. Krissy, 28, works as an account manager in tech and works from home 3 days a week. We are fun, outgoing and kind people who want to live with someone they consider a friend but who also cherish their own space!

What we’re looking for,

We’re looking for someone aged 27+ who is a working professional. We’d like someone who has their own life but also friendly and contributes to the good social vibes of the house which includes a glass of wine or a movie! We’re definitely not a party house and we treat this house like our haven and would love someone who also wants to make our house a home!

Rent/ Avail date,

- The bedroom is £1260 per month.
- Move in date - 12th December but we can be flexible if you need the room earlier/later.
- Bills around £110ish each. It’s energy efficient with controlled heat temperature and timings.

It’s a brilliant house and neighbourhood but don’t take our word for it - come and see it for yourself! We will be doing viewings this weekend (5th/6th December and 7th if absolutely necessary!)
